Job Title: Amazon & Walmart Virtual Assistant
Type of Employment: Full-Time & Long Term
Salary: $400-600 per month depending on the experience. This is the starting point.
Location: Permanent WFH

Job Description:
As an Amazon VA and a Dynamic Team Member, you will play a key role in supporting various aspects of our organization. While the specific responsibilities may evolve based on your skills and interests, you can expect to be involved in a range of tasks across different departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone open to exploring and contributing to various areas within our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Research & Sourcing: Conduct market research to identify profitable products, analyze competitors, and assist in supplier negotiations.
- Listing Management: Create, optimize, and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and keywords for better visibility and ranking.
- Inventory & Order Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage inventory to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, handle complaints, manage returns and refunds while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Amazon PPC & Advertising: Manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Ads, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads) to improve visibility and sales.
- Review & Feedback Management: Monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings, implementing strategies to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Amazon Cases & Compliance: Open and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support to resolve listing, policy, and account-related issues.
- Report Generation & Analysis: Track and analyze sales reports, ad performance, and other key performance indicators to improve business decisions.
- Promotions & Coupons: Set up and manage promotions, deals, and coupons to enhance sales and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and inventory tracking.

Trial Period:
Before full employment, there will be a four-week probation period (trial) during which we will determine compatibility. You will receive $100 per week during this period. If both parties agree it's a good fit, full-time employment will be offered.

Training:
Comprehensive training will be provided initially, with ongoing opportunities for questions and support. During the training, we will assess where the applicant's skills best fit, so that will eventually become their focus.

Hours:
- 40 hours/week
- Based on the West Coast (PST time zone), with weekend availability (1-2 hours)

Absolutely MUST Have:
- Reliable internet connection and laptop
- Full commitment with no other job commitments

Nice to Have (but not required at all):
- Previous Amazon experience or familiarity with online stores
- Experience with consumer products (especially in e-commerce)

However when it comes to business I am very strict and demanding and accept nothing but excellence from MYSELF, so I would expect the same from others. At the same time, I am very fair, open-minded, reasonable, patient, and willing to listen and compromise. Highly open to new ideas and suggestions. Truly believe in integrity and trust.
