Paretta’s Italian Ristorante is an authentic Italian eatery dedicated to providing high-quality food and exceptional hospitality. We are expanding our operations and need a skilled virtual assistant to help with administrative and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support
Manage and respond to emails, ensuring timely communication.
Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and reports.
Assist with scheduling and calendar management for meetings and events.
Data entry and organization of customer and vendor information.
Assist with invoicing, order tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Research and compile relevant industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

Marketing Support
Manage and schedule social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) using our content calendar.
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
Help create and edit social media graphics and simple promotional materials using Canva or similar tools.
Monitor and track social media performance, reporting key insights.
Assist in drafting email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Help update website content and ensure all information is accurate.
Research and reach out to potential influencers, media outlets, and local partnerships.

Customer Support & Engagement
Respond to frequently asked questions on social media and email (training and guidelines provided).
Forward customer concerns to the appropriate team member and log any feedback received.
Assist in managing online reviews and customer feedback.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Experience: At least 1-2 years in a virtual assistant, administrative, or marketing role.

Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Experience with Canva or basic graphic design tools.
Ability to learn and use new systems like GoHighLevel, Google Drive, and email marketing software.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Availability: Must be able to work during U.S. business hours (Eastern Time preferred).
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
