JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistants who can serve as the back-office manager, workflow architect, and executive support specialist. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GoHighLevel, workflow automation, lead generation, and CRM management while also providing high-level administrative support, calendar management, and organization solutions for a highly busy and disorganized executive.

This is an integral role that will support the agency’s operations, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns, CRM workflows, and executive tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

1. GoHighLevel & Digital Marketing Automation
• Setup & manage GoHighLevel CRM – Automate pipelines, manage leads, and optimize sales processes.
• Build & optimize sales funnels – Create high-converting landing pages and nurture sequences.
• Automate client communications – Set up SMS, email marketing, and chatbot sequences.
• Lead generation & ad support – Assist in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and organic marketing campaigns.
• Track & optimize performance – Use analytics to refine campaigns and increase conversions.

2. Executive Support & Organization
• Calendar & schedule management – Organize meetings, set reminders, and eliminate scheduling conflicts.
• Inbox & email management – Prioritize emails, filter spam, draft responses, and follow up on tasks.
• Task & workflow organization – Implement systems to keep tasks structured and deadlines met.
• General administrative assistance – Handle document preparation, research, and daily operations.
• Improve efficiency for a disorganized executive – Implement systems to streamline priorities and reduce overwhelm.

3. SEO & Content Optimization
• Optimize landing pages & websites for SEO to increase search visibility.
• Conduct keyword research & implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies.
• Track SEO performance using Google Analytics & Google Search Console.

4. AI & Automation Support
• Utilize AI-powered tools (Zapier, ChatGPT, etc.) for automation and task optimization.
• Develop AI-driven marketing solutions to personalize lead engagement and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? GoHighLevel Expertise (MANDATORY) – CRM, funnel building, automations, and marketing workflows.
? Strong understanding of digital marketing – Lead generation, ads, and email marketing.
? High-level executive support experience – Calendar management, task prioritization, email filtering.
? Excellent organizational skills – Ability to structure tasks and keep projects moving efficiently.
? SEO & content optimization experience – Basic knowledge of ranking strategies and analytics.
? Familiarity with AI automation tools – Zapier, ChatGPT, and AI-powered marketing tech.
? Proficiency in project management tools – Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com.
? Strong problem-solving skills – Ability to troubleshoot tech and workflow issues independently.
? Excellent written & verbal communication skills – Clear, professional, and proactive communicator.

Desired Experience:

* Experience managing Facebook & Google Ads campaigns.
* Graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
* Prior experience as a VA for a marketing agency or tech-savvy entrepreneur.
*Previous work with GoHighLevel-based agencies.
