We are looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship Officer to join our team and support the smooth operation of our clinic while ensuring our clients and their families receive the highest level of care and customer service.
About the Role
As an Office Administrator at Nexia Health Care, you will play a key role in managing the daily administrative functions of the clinic and acting as the first point of contact for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing clinician schedules, appointments, and reminders
Overseeing the clinic’s administrative processes, including billing, insurance claims, and payments
Tend to
Collate and format clinical reports to be sent out to our customers following assessments
Maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM system
Coordinating meetings and facilitating effective communication between clinic staff, clients, and external stakeholders
Work collaboratively with clinical and specialist team
Upholding strict confidentiality and privacy standards in line with the Privacy Act
Supporting the clinic in compliance with healthcare regulations and participating in quality assurance initiatives.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with:
Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a healthcare or clinic setting
Compassion and empathy when working with children, adolescents, and their families
Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Google systems
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work with autonomy and independence
