About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with Sales Experience to support our executive team while also handling sales-related tasks, including cold calls, follow-ups, and client coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable working with Australian clients (experience with AU clients is a bonus).

Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant Tasks:
Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Handle emails, calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Organize files, reports, and internal documents for easy access.
Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting minutes as needed.
Conduct research and provide executive support for decision-making.
Assist in administrative and operational tasks as required.

Sales Assistant Tasks:
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential leads and follow up with existing clients.
Manage and update the CRM with customer interactions and lead status.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Support in lead generation and pipeline management.
Coordinate with the sales team to track progress and ensure client engagement.
Help in identifying new business opportunities and upselling services.

Qualifications & Requirements
? Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and Sales Assistant.
? Proven experience in sales calls, cold calling, or client outreach.
? Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
? Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
? Proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and CRM tools.
? Experience working with Australian clients (preferred but not required).
? Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and systems.
? Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Compensation & Benefits
???? Salary: PHP 45,000/month (starting rate, with room for growth)
