Meta Ads Expert & Social Media Manager

We are looking for an experienced Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Expert to join our team! If you have a strong background in managing paid advertising campaigns, creating engaging social media content, and using Canva to design eye-catching posts, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:
? Manage & Optimize Meta Ads – Set up, monitor, and optimize paid Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
? Content Creation – Design and schedule high-quality social media posts using Canva.
? Performance Tracking – Analyze ad performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
? Community Management – Monitor comments and messages, engaging with the audience professionally.
? Ad Budget Management – Ensure ad spend is allocated effectively for maximum results.

Requirements:
? Proven experience managing Facebook & Instagram paid ads with strong results.
? Canva skills – Ability to create visually appealing posts and stories.
? Knowledge of Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager.
? Strong understanding of audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and ad retargeting.
? Ability to write engaging captions and ad copy.
? Good English communication skills.
? Reliable internet connection & a laptop/PC capable of running Meta Ads Manager smoothly.

Preferred but not required:
? Experience with email marketing & basic video editing.
? Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM is a plus.
