JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly proactive and resourceful Virtual Assistant to support a homeschooling mom of four younger children (plus two older kids) in managing her Christian home. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks with efficiency and discretion. No two days will look alike in this dynamic role, so flexibility and problem-solving skills are key.

Job Details:

Status: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hours for this position will vary based on needs, with a maximum of 40 hours per week. The schedule will fall between 8 AM and 3 or 4 PM CST. Flexibility is required to accommodate workload needs within this timeframe.)
Compensation: $7/hr commensurate with experience

Qualifications:

Experience as a Virtual Assistant to a mother or in a similar role is a big plus
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong research skills and ability to find solutions efficiently
Tech-savvy with experience using iOS and digital tools
Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Comfortable making and coordinating calls with US-based professionals
Adaptability to a workload that fluctuates with seasonal and household needs
Self-motivated and resourceful, with a “can-do” attitude
Experience managing and tracking expenses and receiptsExperience with homeschooling or educational research is a plus
Familiarity with event planning and organization
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Comfortable with an ebb and flow of workload, varying based on seasons and household needs
