About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and highly skilled Executive Assistant with a background in social media management and sales. This role is crucial in managing our clients' social media presence, handling customer inquiries, and driving sales through outbound calls and lead management. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for digital marketing, and experience in sales, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain social media accounts, including
• Create, schedule, and post engaging content tailored to client branding.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies.
• Conduct outbound calls with leads to nurture relationships and close sales.
• Utilize
• (Preferred) Edit video content for social media to enhance engagement.
• (Bonus) Knowledge of Go High Level is a plus.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in social media management across multiple platforms.
• Previous experience in sales, particularly in outbound calls and lead conversion.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for lead tracking and follow-ups.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
• Experience with video editing tools is a plus.
• Must be available during EST hours.
