JOB OVERVIEW

Want to work in an Australian sports company, helping people to play sport?

This is a Full-time role, 40 hours a week, from Monday to Friday

We are looking for someone that has experience with customer service and is looking for a long term role.

Requirements
- Fluent in English Written and spoken (5 star rating)
- Is online and available 11am to 7pm PHT time Monday - Friday (yes you'll need to be online and available for this entire period - and no other engagement/s, no other clients)
- Have 2 years of customer support or social media experience

Front-End Customer Service
- Respond to customer email enquiries
- Email updates to customers every 12 weeks
- Post on our FB group for teams looking for subs every day
- Respond to social media enquiries
- Schedule fixtures each week for each sport
- Use our software to send game notifications out each Friday

Salary and Benefits Package
Base salary of 25,038 per month (after paid probation period), depending on qualifications, experience, and performance during the selection process.
