Executive Assistant with SMM experience

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and social media-savvy EA to handle customer service, content creation, and business operations. If you love managing tasks, engaging with audiences, and staying ahead of trends, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage emails, handle order issues (e.g., delays), track inventory, and coordinate with the website agency.

-Post daily on FB, IG, and TikTok, engage with customers, grow a VIP FB page, collaborate with influencers, and track promotions.

-Stay updated on industry trends, create content around events (Rush Week, St. Patrick’s, Game Day), and engage in boutique owner groups.

-Manage Canva designs, loyalty rewards, referral programs, blog posts, and market research.

-Experience with Shopify & Upgrade to see actual info is a PLUS

Qualities/Requirements:

-Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes ownership of tasks.

-Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.

-Social media savvy, always in tune with the latest trends.

-Strong communicator who can handle customer service with professionalism and empathy.
