About the Role:
We are seeking a Transaction Coordinator to manage and facilitate the transaction process efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between all involved parties, maintaining compliance, and supporting the underwriting and legal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform standard Transaction Coordination tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with Underwriters during the Due Diligence period to ensure all necessary documentation is in place.
Work closely with the Chief of Transaction Coordination for guidance on complex scenarios and ensure proper approvals.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements by coordinating with the Chief of Legal Administration.
Maintain transaction records and documentation for audits and future reference.
Provide timely updates and communication to all stakeholders involved in the transaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in transaction coordination (real estate, finance, legal, or related industries preferred but not required).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
