growing social media brand Today2repair is searching for A Personal assistant.

My name is Giovanni verissimo brito and i am the owner off a growing social media brand Today2repair. we do repairs for phones, tablets, laptops, consoles & smartwatches. We have a good present on social media channels such as Tiktok(20K+ followers), Instagram (2.9K+ followers) Snapchat (3.5K+ followers) and Youtube (4K+ subs).

We are building a audience that love to watch our videos with Giovanni as the face off the company.

At this moment we have so much engagement that the daily tasks are becoming to much for doing it all by myself. I feel like octo from spongebob everywhere i am needed but because off all the responsibilities i cant keep up anymore.

Thats where you come in as a personal assistant. We are looking for a driven and structured Personal Virtual Assistant to help streamline our daily tasks. You will be the link between our customers, repair technicians, and administration. Your role is to ensure that processes run smoothly, allowing us to fully focus on the core of our business.

Our company now is a team off 3 people:
Giovanni(owner off the company): multitasker, repair technician, face off the company, making the videos/livestreams.
Lindomar(brother and working on project base) : Repair technician that is learning 3 weeks in.
Video editor(fulltime): editing our short form content, soon youtube videos also.

• Highly organized – You can maintain oversight in a dynamic environment.
• Flexible and solution-oriented – You think along with the team and can quickly adapt when things don’t go as planned.

What will be your responsibilities:

- Planning and coordination: making sure Gio knows what the planning is on a daily basis. ( repairs, calls etc.
- customer journey: responsible for the customer journey, making sure the customer is informed properly throughout the process.
- admin tasks: making invoices, updating orders, updating customer details
- processes and systems: sop’s, keeping clickup( our system) up-to-date.
