Virtual Assistant (VA) With Excellent English & Attention To Detail

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with excellent English skills to support our growing video editing agency. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, strong writing abilities, and the ability to communicate professionally with clients on our behalf.

As our Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for:
? Writing and submitting high-quality job proposals for our agency
? Messaging clients professionally and in a way that reflects our brand’s voice
? Reviewing edited videos for errors – including spelling mistakes, inconsistent editing styles, and elements that don’t match the client's vision

Key Responsibilities:
Craft compelling job proposals tailored to potential clients
Communicate with clients in a professional and engaging manner
Review edited videos for spelling, grammar, and style inconsistencies
Provide feedback to our video editors to ensure quality standards are met
Organize and track client communications and project statuses
What We’re Looking For:
? Excellent written and spoken English (near-native level)
? High attention to detail – you catch errors that others miss!
? Strong communication skills – ability to write clearly and professionally
? Experience with writing proposals or client outreach (preferred but not required)
? Familiarity with video editing and basic editing terminology (a plus, but not required)
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
