JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction projects. The role involves managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with regulations, supervising subcontractors, and maintaining clear communication with clients and team members. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, expertise in project management, and familiarity with digital tools used in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
-Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
-Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
-Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including permit applications and inspections.
-Communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and staff to maintain seamless project execution.
-Prepare and distribute project-related communications, including reports, emails, and updates.
-Monitor and track project progress using BuilderTrend and ensure documentation is up to date.
-Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
-Ensure all site documentation, permits, and compliance records are accurate and properly maintained.
-Conduct regular site visits (if required) to monitor project quality and progress.
-Assist in preparing and submitting project bids, contracts, and proposals.
-Lead virtual and in-person meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
-Use Google Docs and Google Sheets for tracking project milestones and reports.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role is a must!
-Strong proficiency in BuilderTrend, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
-Familiarity with permitting processes and regulatory compliance.
-Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
-Experience with budget management and cost control in construction projects.
