At American Income Life, a part of the Globe Life family, we are dedicated to providing life and supplemental health insurance benefits to union members, credit unions, and associations. We are seeking an enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our growing team and help schedule consultations for our benefits advisors with members who have requested our services.
Position Overview:
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in helping our team connect with members. You will be responsible for calling potential clients (members) and setting up appointments for benefits presentations. This position is ideal for individuals who are motivated, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Call members who have requested benefits information.
Schedule appointments for our Benefits Advisors.
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.
Communicate professionally and build rapport with potential clients.
Meet daily and weekly call and appointment goals.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls.
Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet goals.
Basic computer skills to update records and manage schedules.
High school diploma or equivalent.
