JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an Administrative and Customer Service Assistant to join our team at an exchange and immigration agency. We seek an organized, communicative, and proactive professional to assist with administrative tasks and customer support.

Main Responsibilities:
? Managing and organizing documents;
? Updating information in internal systems;
? Communicating with clients, partners, and team members via phone, email, and messages;
? Providing support in customer service and follow-ups;
? Assisting with administrative and operational tasks of the company.

Requirements:
???? Previous experience in administrative roles and/or customer service;
???? Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle various pieces of information simultaneously;
???? Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service;
???? Clear, courteous, and professional communication;
???? Fluent English (essential for communication with international partners and customer support).

Differentials:
? Experience in the exchange, immigration, or international education sector;
? Familiarity with CRM and administrative management systems (knowledge of the Edvisor platform is a plus);
? Ability to work in a team and solve problems efficiently.
