We’re looking for a highly organized EVA to handle admin tasks and order management in the car wash tech industry!

???? Role: Executive Virtual Assistant
???? Location: Remote
???? Salary: PHP 40,000 - 55,000

Responsibilities:
? Manage orders & spreadsheets (approx. 5 personalized orders/week)
? Oversee HubSpot (sales pipeline & quotes), Zoho, Zendesk (ticketing system)
? Support hardware/software for vehicle recognition & POS systems
? Assist in project coordination for a 1-week to 2-month sales cycle

Ideal Background:
???? Project management experience or familiarity with Tech, POS, or Car Wash Industry
???? Previous work with DRV, Washafy, or similar platforms is a plus
