We are seeking a highly organized Finance & Administrative Coordinator to handle financial operations, client bookkeeping, and administrative tasks. This role requires expertise in QuickBooks, financial reporting, and office management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of balancing finance and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Bookkeeping Duties:
• Manage financial records for both the company and clients using QuickBooks.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain client bookkeeping, ensuring transactions, expenses, and reports are accurate.
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
• Process payroll and ensure tax compliance.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with audits and tax filings.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
Administrative Duties:
• Oversee office operations, scheduling, and document management.
• Maintain financial records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
• Assist with HR tasks, including onboarding and employee record-keeping.
• Communicate with clients regarding financial reports and bookkeeping matters.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, finance, and administrative roles.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online & Desktop) is required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
