Marketing Data Entry VA

We are a music label that is looking for a Marketing Data Entry VA to help us keep track of our marketing spend. The task is simple but important. The VA will review marketing bills from a variety of sources, divide the bill among multiple songs we are marketing, and input that data in an organized manner within our project management tool, Monday.com. The VA will also monitor spend to ensure we do not spend over our budget on the various tracks. This role will report directly to the Head of Marketing.

Requirements:
- English Fluency
- Intermediate Mathematical skills (Division, multiplication)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Prior Data Entry Experience

Prior experience with Monday.com and Slack are a plus.
