As we grow, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee all areas of our companies, including administrative staff, therapists, supervisors, students, marketing, and more. This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations, fostering collaboration across departments, and driving innovation and efficiency.
Job Description
The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate all operational aspects of our clinics to ensure optimal performance and exceptional service delivery. This includes supervising staff, managing projects, implementing systems, and maintaining a high standard of service across all areas. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to the role.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all clinic operations, including staff, admin, therapists, supervisors, and students.
Develop and implement efficient processes to ensure seamless service delivery.
Supervise administrative staff, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to standard.
Manage and support therapists and supervisors, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and metrics.
Collaborate with department leads to set and achieve goals aligned with company objectives.
Handle escalations from staff or clients professionally and effectively.
Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
Lead onboarding, training, and professional development initiatives.
Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and team productivity.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the mental health or healthcare sector.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Go High Level), Google Workspace, and project management software.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
A flexible and adaptable mindset, able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with metrics-driven management and performance analysis.
Work Hours
This role requires availability to oversee team operations during standard working hours, with flexibility to address urgent needs as they arise. This position requires 45 hours per week minimum, depending on the projects and urgency of the team.
