We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations and Excel Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing operations related to customer invoicing, Excel-based data management, and e-commerce platforms like Amazon.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, manage, and send invoices to customers.
Utilize Excel (including advanced functions like VLOOKUP) to manage and analyze data effectively.
Research and analyze Amazon product data to assist in e-commerce operations.
Follow up with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and maintain strong relationships.
Assist with preparing offers and tracking their progress.
Requirements:

Proven experience in e-commerce, especially on platforms like Amazon.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the use of VLOOKUP.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
