THE ROLE:

We are looking for someone who can juggle project coordination, operations support, and administrative assistance. This is a fast-paced, high-pressure position where you will:

- Coordinate tasks and deadlines across various projects
- Streamline operations and continuously refine processes
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and keep them informed

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee production and publishing of social media content, ensuring deadlines are met
- Monitor progress on multiple initiatives, providing administrative support as needed
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, always looking for ways to improve
- Provide updates on KPIs, project status, and team performance
- Build and maintain spreadsheets for tracking, reporting, and analysis
- Create tools and templates to optimize efficiency and guide decisions
- Assist with hiring and delegate tasks to administrative or virtual assistants
- Communicate effectively, keeping everyone in the loop and ensuring clarity

WORKING ENVIRONMENT & REQUIREMENTS:

- Must have significant overlap with North American (EST) working hours
- Fluent in English (C1 or C2 level)
- At least 1+ years in a similar coordination or administrative role; startup experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, project coordination tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp), and openness to new tools like Zapier, ActiveCampaign, etc.
