JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a highly organized, proactive, and versatile professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Project Manager / Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team and oversee projects across marketing, design, web development, and engineering.

This is not your typical project management role. We need someone who is ready to get their hands dirty, contribute directly to tasks, and manage multiple moving parts. If you have a strong understanding of social media, marketing, WordPress, SEO, video editing, and video marketing, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
Project Management:

Coordinate and manage projects across the Marketing Team, Graphics Team, Website Designers, and Engineers.
Oversee website development, updates, marketing campaigns, SEO campaigns, and video editing projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards.
Prioritize and track tasks, deadlines, and milestones using project management tools.
Hands-On Execution:

Directly assist with tasks such as WordPress updates, basic video editing, and social media scheduling.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign execution, including SEO research and strategy.
Review and QA deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project goals.
Team Coordination:

Act as the primary liaison between teams to facilitate communication and collaboration.
Assist in resource allocation and troubleshooting to keep projects moving smoothly.
Organize and lead team meetings, providing updates and actionable next steps.
Executive Assistance:

Support leadership by organizing calendars, tracking priorities, and ensuring alignment between teams.
Help streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
Experience:

3+ years of experience in project management, marketing, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with social media marketing, SEO, WordPress, and video editing tools.
Skills:

Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, website development, and design processes.
Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Descript, or other graphic and video editing tools.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Personal Attributes:

Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
A problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude who isn’t afraid to dive into tasks.
Excellent communicator and team player.
Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with advanced SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Rank Math).
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or GroundHogg.
Understanding of video marketing best practices for platforms like YouTube and Instagram.
