LandhomesTexas, a fast-growing real estate development firm, is seeking a highly organized and versatile Executive Assistant & Real Estate Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role combines traditional executive support with key real estate sales coordination tasks, making it perfect for professionals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Overview
As an Executive Assistant & Real Estate Sales Coordinator, you’ll provide high-level administrative support to the President while managing essential sales-related tasks to drive the company’s growth and success. This position offers the chance to work directly with key decision-makers and play a pivotal role in real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
~Calendar and Schedule Management: Coordinate the executive’s complex schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
~Correspondence Management: Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.
~Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
~Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and finalize reports, presentations, and other documents.
~Project Management: Oversee the execution of key projects, ensuring progress and deadlines are met.
~Expense Management: Handle expenses, track invoices, and assist with budgeting as needed.
Real Estate Sales Responsibilities
~Client Coordination: Assist with client communications, inquiries, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless sales process.
~Property Listings: Organize and update property details on MLS and internal databases.
~Lead Management: Track and manage sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and maintaining client relationships.
~Transaction Assistance: Coordinate with buyers, sellers, and agents to facilitate property transactions, ensuring all paperwork and processes are completed accurately.
~Sales Reports: Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

The Ideal Candidate
Required Skills
~Executive Assistance: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
~Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate industry terms, processes, and best practices (Texas market experience preferred).
~Sales Coordination: Experience in managing client communications, sales leads, and property transactions.
~Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
~Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and real estate CRM platforms.
~Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, ensuring all sales processes run smoothly.
Qualifications
~Previous experience in U.S. real estate; familiarity with the Texas market is a plus.
~Fluent in American English with exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
~Willingness to work in the CST time zone.
~Technical requirements: Intel i5 or equivalent processor, 8GB RAM, 500GB SSD, dual FHD monitors, noise-canceling headphones, and HD webcam.
~Stable internet connection (minimum 200 Mbps download speed) with a backup option.
