Hi!
I’m Tony from The Present You Inc. and I'm look for a part-time multi-skilled virtual assistant to help me work on a variety of tasks including: social media management, client care, file organization, graphic creation, event scheduling & followup, & creating systems for the business.
I need someone who loves variety, can work quickly and has a GREAT attention to detail & organizational skills!
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Familiarity with project management tools like Trello and ClickUp
- Familiarity/Willingness to learn design of slide decks/social posts via templates (Canva)
- Experience/Familiarity with Video Streaming, Recording and sending replays (Zoom)
- Experience/Familiarity or willingness to learn online course portal software (Attractwell)
- Experience/Familiarity with AI (Google Gemini) to create sales posts/social media content
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Suite)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar, Calendly)

- I am a certified mindset coach, business strategist and public speaker and I make online courses, run live-virtual events, speak for large companies, and coach clients 1:1 and in groups.
- I move very fast & expect the people I work with to be the same way (I have #ADHD and sometimes that means I work in a different kind of way - this is why it’s important to have a VA who can keep us organized).

ABOUT THE POSITION:
- Create and/or follow business procedures (and create effective simple systems).
- General admin & clerical tasks
- Helping our clients with questions and concerns (within 24 hrs).
- Posting/Uploading Zoom replays after each call & maintaining our client portal (Attractwell).
- Writing & sending newsletters, web pages & blog posts (Attractwell)
- Creating and Scheduling social media content (Publer)
- Organizing
- Organizing Google Drive
- Updating/Tweaking online course portal
- Designing slide-decks, workbooks and other assets via Canva.
- Keeping me updated on my schedules/emails
- Helping to research and apply to speaking gigs, podcast interviews, summits etc.
25 hours per week**

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
Pay weekly
We pay bonuses for great work
