What You’ll Do
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Scheduling & Organization
Manage my calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Plan and organize travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Communication Support
Handle
Screen and manage phone calls, taking action or relaying messages as necessary.
Administrative Tasks
Track expenses, process reimbursements, and maintain records.
Manage and organize files (digital and physical).
Project Assistance
Support ongoing real estate projects, training programs, and events.
Conduct research, prepare reports, and assist with presentations.
Assist with personal tasks to keep life running smoothly.
What I’m Looking For
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
A strong communicator, both written and verbal.
Tech-savvy with experience using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana).
Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules.
Professional and discreet, with excellent judgment.
Bonus Skills:
Familiarity with real estate or small business operations.
Experience managing social media platforms or creating marketing materials.
