We’re currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to join our team and manage the logistics of our casting, auditions, and production schedules.

Role Overview:
As a Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the production team by managing all aspects of casting and scheduling. This includes submitting casting calls, creating detailed call sheets, and scheduling auditions, rehearsals, meetings, productions, and screenings. You will be the go-to person for ensuring that all logistics run smoothly, deadlines are met, and everyone involved in a production is informed and prepared.

Key Responsibilities:
• Submit Casting Calls: Work closely with the casting director to post casting calls across various platforms, ensuring that roles are clearly defined and attract the right talent.
• Coordinate Auditions: Schedule auditions, book talent, send out audition materials, and ensure that all participants have the necessary information.
• Create Call Sheets: Prepare and distribute daily call sheets for cast, crew, and production teams, ensuring that everyone is informed of schedules, locations, and any changes.
• Schedule Rehearsals and Meetings: Organize rehearsals, tea
• Manage Production Schedules: Create, update, and maintain the production calendar to ensure seamless coordination of all activities, including shoots, post-production, screenings, and deliverables.
• Coordinate Screenings: Schedule and coordinate internal and external screenings, ensuring all logistics are taken care of, including invitations, locations, and technical setup.
• Ensure Communication: Act as the central point of contact for cast, crew, and external vendors, ensuring that all scheduling updates and changes are communicated in a timely and clear manner.
• Problem-Solving: Be proactive in identifying potential scheduling conflicts or logistical issues and work quickly to resolve them, ensuring minimal disruption to the production process.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the production team, including organizing files, maintaining schedules, and assisting with any additional production-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Production Coordinator, Casting Coordinator, or in a similar role within a production company or advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of casting processes, production schedules, and the logistics of filming and creative projects.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with creative teams, talent, clients, and vendors.
• Experience using production management software (e.g., StudioBinder, Cast It, or similar) is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• A passion for the entertainment and advertising industries and an eagerness to work on exciting, diverse projects.
• Ability to work flexible hours and manage on-site logistics as needed during production shoots.
