Job Description: Administrative/Marketing Assistant
Position: Virtual Administrative Assistant
Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Location: Remote

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in both administrative and marketing tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support the growth of our business. This is a full-time role with flexible hours, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys contributing to a growing brand.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage and organize email correspondence, and calendar management.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain and update records, databases, and google documents.
Conduct research and compile data for decision-making.
Work on projects as assigned by management.
Marketing Support
Assist in planning and executing social media content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
Schedule and monitor posts using social media management tools.
Engage with followers and respond to messages or comments.
Assist in influencer outreach, collaboration, and coordination.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Monitor analytics and create performance reports for marketing campaigns.
E-Commerce Support
Update and optimize product listings on platforms like Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, and Shopify.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
Respond to customer inquiries and manage customer service-related tasks.
Assist with email marketing campaigns, including drafting and scheduling newsletters.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Willingness and drive to learn
Strong proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite (navigate comfortable via Excel)
Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, or Buffer).
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, or Walmart is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
