IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
*Set up and integrate new client Google Business Profiles (GBPs) into the company’s GBP management platform, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
*Regularly update and optimize client profiles by adding relevant business details, updating hours, and ensuring information accuracy.
*Identify, curate, and upload high-quality images and visual assets to enhance the appearance and engagement of client GBPs.
*Manage
*Assist with periodic reviews, optimizations, and other tasks to ensure profiles align with Google’s best practices and maintain high visibility in search results.
*Troubleshoot GBP-related issues and implement updates to improve overall performance and visibility.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
*2 years of experience with Google Business Profiles (GBP), with a strong understanding of best practices for optimization and management.
*Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring all client information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
*Strong communication skills, able to effectively manage client inquiries, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
*Proactive and problem-solving mindset, capable of troubleshooting GBP issues and implementing solutions to improve performance.
*Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
