We’re a collaborative, highly supportive, and faith-centered boutique Design House, passionate about creating tools that empower individuals to live more intentional and joyful lives and we’re looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join us in bringing these projects to life. From custom personal growth journals to beautiful legacy memoirs to inspiring faith planners to fun, themed based guides, our work makes a meaningful impact on people’s lives.
Your role will be essential in ensuring that every detail of our projects is executed with accuracy and care. With a focus on precision and consistency, you will play a vital role in creating resources that engage, inspire, comfort, and guide others while contributing to a supportive and uplifting team culture.
Responsibilities:
• Update planner dates, quotes, scriptures, and other text elements across templates using Adobe Indesign and Illustrator.
• Duplicate and modify master pages to meet project specifications.
• Organize and maintain project files via Google Drive while tracking progress using our Project Management Platform.
• Ensure all project details are accurate, consistent, and meet high-quality standards.
• Learn and implement tools (like InDesign’s Data Merge and Google Sheets) to enhance efficiency over time.

Requirements:
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellence.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign (or a willingness to learn)
• Access to a reliable computer with access to Adobe programs (we’re happy to walk you through how to obtain access if you don’t already have)
• Proficiency in Google Sheets
• A positive attitude and interest in working with a purpose-driven team:)
