Position Overview:
We seek an experienced, proactive, and highly dependable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support across multiple businesses. This role requires someone who can manage a diverse range of responsibilities with excellence and professionalism. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks and long-term projects, acting as a trusted partner in both strategic and administrative efforts.

• Flexibility: Adapt to a variety of responsibilities, including supporting leadership roles within a mental health and wellness company and liaising with stakeholders.
• Integrity: Candidates must be drug-free and have a clean background.

Key Responsibilities:
• Project & Task Management:
o Coordinate and track progress on tasks across multiple companies using tools like Asana and Go High Level.
o Ensure consistent follow-up and execution of plans.
• Scheduling & Communication:
o Manage complex calendars and schedules, ensuring alignment across multiple time zones.
o Act as a liaison between Theresa, teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and external stakeholders.
• Social Media & Marketing Support:
o Create and schedule content for platforms like LinkedIn, Threads, and Instagram using Canva.
• Administrative Support:
o Organize emails, prepare documents, and handle research projects.
o Coordinate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on deliverables.
• Personal Assistance:
o Occasionally handle personal tasks to support work-life balance.

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Go High Level, Asana, Acuity, Canva, Word Press, Microsoft Office, and Gmail.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• At least 2 years in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and adapt to new challenges.

Bonus Skills:
• Familiarity with social media trends and engagement strategies.
• Experience working in mental health or coaching-related fields.
