Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

Position Details:
-Schedule: 9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday to Friday
-Compensation: $7 per hour

As a Virtual Assistant for transaction coordination, you’ll play a key role in managing real estate transactions from contract to close. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting agents and clients with document management, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Ensuring all transaction-related documents are complete, compliant, and accurately filed.
- Coordinating inspections, walkthroughs, closings, and related logistics.
- Communicating with all parties involved in transactions to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Organizing and maintaining databases for transaction details, service providers, and community resources.
- Proactively supporting agents by tracking tasks, deadlines, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with real estate processes or experience as a Transaction Coordinator is a plus (training provided).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
