Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Organize and prioritize
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
• Coordinate tea
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Conduct research and provide insights or recommendations.
• Track and manage project progress to ensure deadlines are met.
• Support personal and professional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and project management software such as Asana or Trello.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• High level of professionalism and discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
