Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support financial operations, maintain records, and ensure accurate reporting. If you have experience in financial tracking, invoicing, and payroll, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable transactions.
-Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
-Maintain and update financial documents, spreadsheets, and ledgers.
-Assist in preparing financial reports and tax documents.
-Handle data entry for accounting software (QuickBooks).
-Support payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
-Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and collections.
-Assist in budget tracking and financial forecasting.
-Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
-Organize and maintain financial records and filing systems.
-Provide administrative support to the accounting department.
Qualifications:
-Experience with Stripe.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Experience in payroll, invoicing, and financial tracking.
-Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.

Working Hours:

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Executive Assistant with advanced expertise in Go High Level. This role involves managing executive schedules, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing inboxes, and leveraging Go High Level to optimize campaigns and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and optimize Go High-Level agency accounts and SaaS functions.
-Set up and monitor campaigns, funnels, and automation workflows.
-Generate reports and analytics to track campaign performance.
-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the platform.
-Handle correspondence across multiple channels
-Maintain digital filing systems and support executive decision-making.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role (preferably 2+ years).
-Advanced proficiency in Go High Level, including agency accounts and SaaS features (preferably 2+ years).
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote environment.
