• Shift 1: 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time
• Shift 2: 5 PM - 11 PM Eastern Time

Overview:
We’re looking for 2 dynamic and experienced Warm Appointment Setters to join our team for warm appointment setting / confirmation / follow up. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where speed to lead is critical, this could be a great opportunity for you!
Our focus is on connecting potential new resellers with GoNano’s innovative business opportunities, showcasing the benefits of becoming a GoNano Reseller. Leads will be provided, and your primary goal will be to reach out within 5 minutes or less of receiving the lead and invite them to a reseller presentation. These presentations will highlight the advantages of partnering with GoNano and demonstrate how they can leverage cutting-edge nanotechnology solutions to grow their business. You will be responsible for ensuring that attendees are successfully registered and that their participation is confirmed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Contact inbound leads within 5 minutes of receiving them, with a focus on speed to lead.
• Warm call leads, engaging them in a friendly, professional manner.
• Schedule free reseller presentations.
• Accurately input appointments into hubspot / calendly.
• Handle objections effectively and confidently, turning inquiries into booked appointments.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and personable tone.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in warm calling or appointment setting.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on selling the appointment, not just the product.
• Objection-handling experience – ability to confidently navigate through customer concerns.
• Experience with CRM systems is required; HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with calendar management tools.
• Ability to work independently and react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail when scheduling and inputting data.
