Are you an organized and customer-focused professional with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for an **IT Service Coordinator** to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and service!

### **About the Role**
As an IT Service Coordinator, you will be the friendly and efficient point of contact between our customers and our engineering team. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling engineers, triaging tickets, and ensuring issues are resolved in alignment with service-level agreements (SLAs). You will also take the lead in organizing and improving helpdesk operations, providing guidance on processes, and fostering a positive customer experience.

### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate and schedule engineering resources to address customer needs effectively.
- Monitor and triage incoming support tickets, prioritizing them based on SLA requirements.
- Ensure timely and efficient resolution of tickets to meet customer expectations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing happy and friendly responses to inquiries and updates.
- Assist in organizing and optimizing the helpdesk and ticketing system to improve efficiency.
- Offer insights and guidance on processes to enhance service delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on ticket trends and SLA performance for internal review.

- Previous experience organizing and managing a helpdesk or ticketing system.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in scheduling and resource allocation within an IT environment.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management tools.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
