Virtual Assistant

I’m looking for a full time Virtual Assistant (40 hours) to help me in my home loan business. Hours will be around 8am to 5pm EST. Candidates must be organized and have prior experience with Excel Spreadsheets and other office softwares. If you have worked in real estate or lending, that’s even better. You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.

Your Top Tasks:
*Track Lead pipeline and send lists to agents
*Follow up lists organization / accountability
*Send Thank you notes
*Track Online Registrations
*Data / Online info scraping
*Learn simple software to create reports
*Assist with social media tasks such a as organizing content filming schedule, basic editing, and making posts
*Other assistant work

Job Requirements:
* Well-versed with spreadsheets, documents and emails
* Willing to during hours listed above.
* Have smart phone and laptop with good internet connection
* Prior experience in a similar role in the mortgage lending or real estate industry is a plus

Pay:
-You will be paid based on hours worked starting at $4.5/hour
-You will get incremental raises over time based on your growth
-You will receive paid Holidays and a 13th month bonus

Quick About me:
I do mortgage lending in KY, OH, and SC, with a goal to close 100 loans this year. I live in Cincinnati and am focused heavily on my work and growth in my business.
