**Work Hours and Schedule:** 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Monday to Friday (9:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH Time),
**Work Duration:** Full-time
**Rate:** TBD
**Commission Based Only?** No
**Internet Requirement:** Main connection of at least 15 MBPS with a backup source of 5–10 MBPS

### **Position Summary:**
The **Courier Claims Specialist** will play a vital role in filing and disputing claims with major courier services such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The position involves investigating shipment issues, processing claims, and ensuring timely resolutions. In addition to claims processing, you may assist in reviewing shipment data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Company-specific training will be provided.

### **Responsibilities:**
- File claims for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments with FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
- Dispute denied claims and follow up until resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of claims and disputes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather documentation needed for claim submissions.
- Review shipment data to identify patterns and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with courier claim policies and deadlines.
- Manage daily task lists as assigned.

### **Skills and Education Requirements:**
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change.
- Strong attention to detail and resourcefulness.
- Proficiency in tools like Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Sheets.
- Familiarity with Zoom, TeamViewer, and Notion.
- Trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience with US couriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS) is a must.
- Experience in spreadsheets, reporting, or data entry is a plus.
- Prior experience with US online marketplaces such as Amazon or Walmart is a plus.
