Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Media Business (Client Acquisition, Content Creation & Admin Support)

SR Media LLC is a South Florida-based real estate media company offering photography, videography, aerials, virtual tours, floor plans, and other premium media solutions for real estate professionals. We use Spiro.media, a leading real estate media management platform, to streamline our operations and deliver exceptional service to our clients. We're looking for a motivated and creative Virtual Assistant to help grow the business by assisting with client acquisition, content creation, social media management, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition
Research and build a database of realtors, brokers, and real estate agencies, builders, commercial property owners, and designers in South Florida.
Organize contact information for email campaigns or direct outreach.
Assist with creating and sending email campaigns or cold calls to potential clients.
Track outreach and provide weekly updates on progress.

Social Media Management
Design and schedule engaging social media content using Canva.
Develop posts, reels, and stories for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Edit videos using CapCut or similar tools.
Research trending topics and hashtags to maximize reach and engagement.

Administrative Support
Use Spiro.media to manage client bookings and schedules.
Respond to client inquiries or forward leads to the owner.
Maintain an organized content calendar and update the SR Media portfolio.
Organize business records and assist with scheduling appointments.
Qualifications

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and CapCut for video editing.
Strong research and organizational skills.
Excellent written English for professional communication.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools like Spiro.media.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with real estate media or marketing.
Familiarity with CRM tools or data entry software.

Compensation

Work Schedule
Flexible hours, with overlapping time between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST for collaboration.
Fully remote position.
