Job Description: Online Business Manager (OBM)

Position Title: Online Business Manager (OBM)
Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time
Reports To: CEO

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Online Business Manager (OBM) with experience in HighLevel CRM, content creation, and support role within the online coaching/consulting industry. The OBM will transform high-level vision and ideas into actionable plans and will be a critical first-level support for the founder. This role requires expertise in funnel design, content and copywriting, and operational management to drive business growth and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational & Strategic Management

Oversee and manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with the founder to turn high-level ideas into actionable strategies and projects.
Develop, document, and optimize workflows, processes, and systems.
Repurpose video, written, and audio content for emails, sales page copy, and future repurposed content
Build automations and workflow

Create, edit, and manage content for email campaigns, sales pages, and social media.
Write clear, persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including landing pages, ads, and newsletters.
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and messaging.
HighLevel CRM Management

Utilize and manage HighLevel CRM for marketing automation, pipeline tracking, and client communication.
Design and manage funnels, email sequences, and automation workflows within the CRM.
Monitor CRM performance and provide insights for improvement.

Funnel Design & Execution

Design, build, and manage sales and marketing funnels to drive conversions.
Collaborate on design elements using Canva to create visually appealing assets for funnels and campaigns.
Test, optimize, and track funnel performance to ensure success.
Founder Support

Act as the first level of support for the founder by managing communication, priorities, and project execution.
Coordinate the founder's calendar, meetings, and follow-ups.
Provide updates and ensure alignment on key initiatives.

Team & Client Coordination

Serve as the liaison between the founder and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to delegate tasks and ensure alignment.
Provide exceptional first-level support to clients, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular check-ins with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to track progress and remove obstacles.
Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in an Online Business Manager or similar role.
Proven experience in the online coaching and consulting field.
Hands-on experience with HighLevel CRM, Transcription services, Canva.

Skills:

Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in content creation and copywriting.
Ability to design and optimize sales and marketing funnels.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and platforms.
