Project manager | Quantity surveyor | VA to the owner of the business
We are a Perth, Western Australia based residential home building business. We only want top, SUPERSTAR talent to apply, we expect the best from ourselves and others. The successful applicant will work closely/directly with the business owner.
Ideal scenario for us is someone who is multi-skilled / wants a hybrid role / someone who wants to grow with the business.

This role is full time and will require as a must:
- Have exceptionally English speaking and written skills
- Great attention to detail in everything you do
- Strive to improve processes and the way we do things
- You can use Outlook
- Have previous experience as a construction project manager or quantity surveyor
-Produce estimates for clients
-Produce detailed scope of works for each trade
-Produce breakdown for materials needed for each stage (Take offs)
-Produce project schedules
-Read and understand building drawings, engineering drawings
- Help builder coordinate trades and materials
- Check bills, purchase orders and monitor budget
- Help builder with daily admin tasks relating to site supervision
- Help builder seek quotes from trades and suppliers
- Help builder pre fill council documents and contracts
- Help builder log variation requests
- Monitor site dairy and flag any concerns with the builder or outstanding tasks
- Daily project updates
- Help builder implement and improve on existing systems
- Manage maintenance requests
- Maintain a list of material manuals for the end of project hand over pack for warranty purposes
- Video record your recurring tasks via loom
A bonus but not a must (If there is spare time in the week)
- Help builder manage social media accounts and update these accounts weekly
- Update and maintain website monthly
- Perform other admin tasks that can help make the business more efficient
