Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized virtual assistant to support business operations, social media management, and client outreach for a growing entrepreneurial venture. This role involves handling administrative tasks, managing social media platforms, coordinating projects, and reaching out to potential clients through cold calls and emails. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, is a great communicator, and takes initiative to improve processes.

Responsibilities:

Administrative & Operational Tasks:
• Organize and maintain digital files, contracts, and invoices.
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks.
• Manage schedules and coordinate meetings or team collaborations using tools like Google Workspace or Trello.
• Track expenses and maintain spreadsheets for financial organization.

Social Media Management:
• Post and schedule content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages.
• Track social media performance metrics and suggest strategies to increase engagement.
• Help brainstorm content ideas aligned with business goals.

Cold Calling & Client Outreach:
• Research potential clients or leads and organize them in a CRM or spreadsheet.
• Conduct cold calls and emails to introduce services or schedule follow-ups.
• Draft outreach templates and personalize communication to potential clients or collaborators.
• Maintain a database of outreach efforts and report on progress regularly.

Project Management & Research:
• Coordinate project timelines and deadlines to ensure smooth execution.
• Research trends, competitors, and opportunities in the industry to inform business strategy.
• Help with vendor or contractor coordination for special projects.

Qualifications:
• Experience in business operations, social media management, or client outreach.
• Comfortable and confident making cold calls and speaking professionally with potential clients.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Canva, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Airtable).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset.
