As a Social Strategist & Team Operations Lead, you will go beyond simple content scheduling and engagement. You'll be the department's growth partner, aiding management in steering the department to make informed decisions that result in tangible ROI for our clients. This role combines leadership with strategic insight, giving you a hands-on role with clients while providing management with suggestions on content, results, improvements, and system automation. Key Responsibilities (summarized):
Social Media Account Management
- Take created content and tailor it to clients’ branding using Canva.
- Execute bulk uploads to
- Develop monthly reviews of client engagement and followers.
- Analyze content effectiveness and provide feedback to the team.
Campaign Coordination
- Manage and set up
- Generate reports detailing campaign success metrics.
Client Support
- Engage with clients through chat using Intercom, to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct onboarding through Zoom to integrate accounts with Metricool.
Team Leadership
- Oversee team performance and ensure KPIs are met.
- Drive department productivity, enhance ROI, and maintain client happiness.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English, Google Sheets, and popular social media tools.
- Demonstrated experience in growing audiences and improving engagement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
