Are you a skilled and motivated virtual assistant with a creative flair? We're looking for someone who can bring expertise in video editing, graphic design, social media management, and administrative support to join our growing real estate business. This is a full-time remote position offering the opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Video Editing & Graphic Design
- Create and edit engaging video content for property listings, virtual tours, and marketing campaigns.
- Design eye-catching social media graphics, flyers, and promotional materials that align with branding guidelines.
* Social Media Management
- Manage social media accounts (e.g., Instagram,
- Plan, schedule, and post content to maintain an active and engaging presence.
- Monitor analytics and suggest improvements to grow audience reach and engagement.
* Administrative Support
- Organize and respond to
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Handle data entry and update client databases.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in basic video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools).
- Strong skills in graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for managing accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Experience in administrative support roles is a plus.
Requirements:
1. Availability to work full-time, adhering to Arizona hours.
2. Reliable internet connection and a computer with video editing and graphic design software.
3. A self-starter attitude with minimal supervision is required.
