Customer Service Representative

We are a Cleaning Service that deals the several customers and employees daily.

- Inbound and Outbound prospecting
- Resolving customer complaints by offering solutions
- Proficient in Excel
- Maintaining a database of customer information
- Closing Inbound Leads
- Organizing and maintaining the work schedule
- Assisting customers with registration or account creation

- Proficiency in English is REQUIRED
- Have you used “Launch 27, or Booking Koala” before?
- Have you lived in the US before?
- If you have previously worked for a maid service, that’s a plus!!
- Job is based in the U.S., Eastern Time Zone, hours are 730Am-5pm Eastern Time
