JOB OVERVIEW

Tasks will include:

1. Answering phones and taking bookings - must have good internet connection and speak fluent English.
2. Manage bookings and making alterations as per clients request.
3. Arranging cleaning teams to attend bookings and clearly passing on all relevant information.
4. Reaching out to customers via email, phone and text to ask questions, find alternate booking days etc.
5. Handle complaints without escalations.
6. Sell the services to potential customers.

Ideal candidate will:

1. Speak fluent english
