Looking for a ROCKSTAR Project Manager For Our Ecom Agency

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager for our E-commerce agency to oversee client projects and optimize operational workflows.

Key Requirements:

- Native or full professional fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Proven track record of exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong self-starter with demonstrated initiative
- Experience with CheckoutChamp or similar e-commerce tools
- Proficiency with Shopify platform and ecosystem
- Expertise in Monday.com project management software or something similar
- Ability to develop and implement project management systems

Core Responsibilities:
- Design and establish project management frameworks and workflows
- Manage e-commerce projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resources
- Create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures
- Ensure all tasks are being completed daily
- handle meetings to get updates across all ecommerce brands and summarize in an easy to read format. Highlight any important things we must know
- handle deadlines for all projects/ventures/clients across
- make a trello/monday/asana/click up/etc board to track all projects and deadlines
- handle payments to contractors, vendors, employees, etc
- manage billing/invoicing
- email management/response to personal email
- sales reporting / profit reporting. Management of accounting softwares and reporting
- errands/scheduling for business related travel, arrangements, etc
