Duties/Responsibilities
-Verify employee time cards daily, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate payroll records.
-Manage all communications for the General Manager, including
-Coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
-Prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
-Conduct research, compile data, and create reports for special projects.
-Anticipate needs and manage tasks to ensure efficient operations.
-Assist with planning and executing company projects.
-Help draft and distribute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
-Provide confidential assistance with HR tasks.
-Collaborate with teams to manage the Marchon Trello board and related projects.
-Prioritize and monitor
-Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
-Advanced calendar management skills.
-Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Bonus Skills
Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
