HR Associate (Full-Time remote)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field
• Must have 2-3 years of experience in an HR-related role
• Should have a deep understanding of all HR facets
• Proficient with HR software and tools preferred
• Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented and proactive HR Associate to support the organization. The HR Associate will assist with daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, employee relations, performance management, off-boarding and documentations. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with all internal and external HR related matters
• Implements performance evaluations, and takes over employee review
• Recommend strategies to motivate employees
• Investigate complaints brought forward by employees
• Keeps track of employees Vacations and PTO
• Handles internal company announcements
• Assist with the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling and interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts
• End to end recruitment process
• Timekeeping
• Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
• Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff
• Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8AM – 5PM EST (Graveyard)
