JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Personal Assistant to support our CEO & Founder. This role requires excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth daily operations in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s virtual calendar, schedule meetings, and track deadlines.
Coordinate and manage travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, and transportation).
Act as the primary contact for emails, calls, and communications.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and follow-up notes.
Assist with special projects, research, and reporting.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Support administrative tasks such as expense reports and document preparation.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a remote environment.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Proficiency with remote tools (Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams, etc.).
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and tech-savviness.
